Relaxation has many different forms. Some people enjoy sweating in a sauna, others prefer working out in a fitness centre. At the same time, we also do something good for our health.
Saunas and fitness centres are inherently linked to a relaxing massage, or a salt cave stay. The combination of a healthy physical activity and quality rest strengthens your immunity, which is especially important these days.
Hygienic Measures
Fitness Centres
- our premises are regularly and thoroughly cleaned, and the premises and equipment are disinfected
- provide maximum level of air circulation, naturally (windows) or forced (air-conditioning)
- 3R – hands, face masks, social distancing
- group activities are organised with a time delay between the individual lessons
Saunas
- limitation of operating capacity
- regular testing of the staff and clients upon arrival to the premises with AG or PCR tests (e.g., certificate of vaccination or antibody test/90-day interval after COVID-19 infection)
- Regular cleaning of the entire premises, washing the floors and touched surfaces using virucidal agents, disinfection and ventilation of all areas
- 3R – hands, face masks, social distancing; face masks are not required inside saunas and in showers
- clients are required to provide a proof of absence of infection
