The Central Complex is located opposite the Mill Colonnade, where you can taste the famous Karlovy Vary healing mineral springs. Five interconnected historic buildings in the heart of the spa town offer 104 rooms. The hotel underwent a major renovation between 2017 and 2021.

The Astoria Hotel & Medical Spa Karlovy Vary has 104 rooms in five interconnected houses. All rooms are renovated (2019), modern and cosy, with private bathroom, TV (satellite), radio, telephone, fridge and safe. With a total capacity of 142 rooms (including the depandance Art Deco WOLKER), the Astoria Hotel & Medical Spa is one of the most important accommodation facilities in Karlovy Vary. Children are welcome, and up to 12 years of age stay in the room with their parents on an extra bed free of charge. Unique is the view of the Mill Colonnade from most rooms and from the hotel restaurant.

ASTORIA Hotel & Medical Spa also offers accommodation in the Art Deco WOLKER depandance, located next to the Hot Spring and Market Colonnade with its healing springs, about 200 m upstream of the Teplá River. This spa house, which is a protected historical monument, offers accommodation in 28 rooms and 10 suites.
