Owing to its architectural design, which drew inspiration from French Gothic and Renaissance aristocratic residences, the Villa Savoy boasts the title of the most splendid building of the resort. In 2004 and 2005, the whole resort received a thorough and costly makeover. After its renovation, it was reopened to the public in June 2005.
