The building is one of the early Jurkovič Luhačovice creations (built in 1903). It is a newly built detached villa, located on the outskirts of the spa park.
The virtually symmetrical building has developed wings on the sides. The historic character of the building is also underscored by the stylish interior. Next to the building there is a small adjacent park with lakes and bridges, as remnants of the original large Japanese garden, which belonged to the hotel.
