The dominant feature of the city and a national historic landmark named after its architect from the year 1947.
Until then, the building was named after the former owner of the estate, Jan Serény, who began to build the first spa and accommodation facilities in Luhačovice in the 18th century.
The original mill was rebuilt by the famous architect in 1902 by the merger of the two buildings into one unit and building another floor with a loft. The entire building is lavishly painted in color, both outside and indoors. In the four-star hotel, you can enjoy many types of massage, a bubble bath, while a unique experience is a natural bubble bath in the original "gold tub".
