Jindřichohradec narrow-gauge trains

You can take such a trip on two narrow-gauge trains that have been part of the color of the Jindřichův Hradec region for nearly 120 years. Both lines with a gauge of only 760 mm start out in Jindřichův Hradec and both wind their way through scenic forests and ponds known as Czech Canada, with one heading to Nové Bystřice and the other to Obrataň. During the summer months, you can catch one of these regular steam-driven trains; you can even try your hand as an engineer and ride in the cab of the locomotive!
