Traditional Czech desserts, leisurely breakfasts, and specialty coffee prepared by professional baristas – this is Myšák Patisserie, located on Vodičkova Street in the heart of Prague.
The establishment continues the First Republic tradition and, under the leadership of head pastry chef Lukáš Pohl, offers its guests desserts made from high-quality ingredients and sweet pastries. Traditional Czech desserts, such as větrník or laskonka, are made at Myšák following original recipes with respect to pastry principles. However, the team of pastry chefs adds variety and creativity to them. The patisserie, spread over two floors, operates on a self-service basis – guests can enjoy desserts and coffee on the ground floor, while the upper floor offers a wide selection of retail products, including praline boxes, ice cream, cookies, or premium Italian nuts. The menu also includes breakfasts and seasonal sweet dishes – semolina porridge or, for example, buchtičky se šodó.
