Restaurant and café Střecha

The restaurant is built on 3 pillars. Apart from veganism, it is also a social business - people with experience of homelessness and/or people after serving a sentence work at Střecha (the Roof). In addition to decent employment, Střecha also advises them on housing solutions, debt relief, etc. The third pillar is cooperative ownership. The running of the business here is decided collectively and according to the principle of equality. Every employee has the opportunity to join the cooperative after six months of working at Střecha and to participate in the management of the company.
