Have you ever enjoyed a plate of good food and felt like you’re in seventh heaven? It’s easy to feel like that in the Aureole restaurant, as it’s based on the 27th floor of the skyscraper in Prague-Pankrác.
The enchanting view makes sitting over a plateful of fine food 109 metres above ground level a unique experience. Aureole only uses fresh ingredients and the cuisine is European – sometimes with a noticeable Asian influence, sometimes forgotten Czech dishes from grandmother’s cookbook. In 2013 the restaurant received, for the first time, a Bib Gourmand award from Michelin.
