These are complemented by a selection of Moravian wine or craft spirits from smaller Czech distilleries. We cook traditional Czech cuisine with love using fresh ingredients - try the slow-pulled Benedict goulash, duck leg with beetroot cabbage or sirloin steaks. Starters are based on our homemade wheat bread and you can have our dumplings with your goulash.
