We are a small family-run pastry shop, where two generations of our family take care of the production and daily running of the operation. Despite many years of experience in the industry, we strive to continue to educate and improve our pastry art and at the same time pass it on and teach it to the next generation, which is why we have apprentices from the Prague Culinary School.
