The top Field restaurant can be found in the very centre of Prague. It’s known for being particular about original seasonal farm ingredients, natural procedures and traditional recipes approached in an untraditional way.
They aren’t afraid of letting things unfold naturally at Field in the Old Town of Prague. Chef Radek Kašpárek holds the philosophy that food should manifest itself in its original and unadorned form. Its seasonal menus don’t hide their natural origins – and sometimes it’s literally a return to the roots of meals. You can find marrow, snails or the half-forgotten swede on the menu. However, at Field they don’t strictly stick to local food; exotic fruits or sea fish are sometimes included on the menu as well.
