In 1992, the tallest structure in Prague, the 216 meter high television tower, was built in Mahler Gardens on the border between Žižkov and Vinohrady. It offers, in addition to its unique circular view of the city, a restaurant, cafe, bar and the six-star luxury suites of the OneRoom Hotel.
You can also enjoy the ten giant babies by artist D. Černý that clamber up the mantle of the TV tower. Another restaurant can be found under the tower and in the surrounding park you will also find a playground, mini-golf and lawn for picnics.
