You can get to the ski centre in Ramzová directly by train, disembarking at the express stop with the highest elevation in the Czech Republic. You can also get there by ski bus, which runs along the Jeseník and Lipová-lázně route.
A 3-kilometre descent to the valley
Transport to the top of Šerák Mountain and its slopes is via two chairlifts and three ski lifts. From here, you will enjoy magnificent views of the Jeseníky Mountains and you can choose which of the seven runs you will take back down to the valley. Advanced skiers will be especially delighted by the two black runs, while less advanced skiers can pick from three red slopes and beginners can hone their style on two blue slopes. Just 10 kilometres from Ramzová lies the famous spa town of Jeseník, where the very first hydrotherapy institute in the world was established. Today, the town is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding mountains, and you can also unwind at the spa. For instance, you can take a trip to the highest Moravian mountain, Praděd, and then in evening return to the spa for an aromatic massage, an ethereal bath in Dead Sea salts, or a peat mask! From Ramzová you can reach the main route along the Jeseníky ridge, which is laced with many kilometres of cross-country trails.
