Every year in winter, the town of Pustevny shines with glittering ice and the hands of experienced sculptors create incredible works that attract a lot of visitors from all corners of the country and abroad. The exhibition of ice and snow sculptures has a long tradition in Pustevny.
Pustevny lies in the Beskydy Mountains between the Radhošť and Tanečnice mountains at an altitude of 1,018 m. Until 1874, several hermits lived here, but today it is a popular vacation destination, both in summer and winter.
