Children’s Spa and Sanatorium Lázně Kynžvart

The age of patients here is 2 to 15 (or the end of compulsory school attendance age), and in the case illnesses of the kidneys and urinary tract and obesity up to the age of 19. Pre-school children can undergo treatment accompanied by their parents. In the case of school-age children, the spa stay also includes school tuition. We provide spa treatment for children with unspecified illnesses of the respiratory system, skin diseases and illnesses of the kidneys and urinary tract and obesity. The capacity of the sanatorium is 310 beds. Children are divided into 7 departments according to age and some spa houses are intended for children who are accompanied by their parents. The significance of the spa is above all given by the ideal climatic conditions. Four mineral springs are also used as natural therapeutic resources in the Children’s Spa and Sanatorium.
