The massive, thirty-metre-high private lookout tower was built in 2017. It rises up just below the peak of Krchov at Přední Chlum, above the dam of the Orlík reservoir. The lookout tower has nine storeys and it is named after the mother of Radomil Kessel, who is the author and owner of the tower. The almost thirty-metre-high tower stands in a place that was once home to wooden platforms for hang-gliders, and where there is also an iron pole of the Ministry of the Interior.
The beautiful circumferential view spreads out from two roofed lookout platforms, the higher of which stands at 27 metres. You can also see the popular Solenice horseshoe bend lookout point from the tower.
