The Müller Villa in Prague’s Ořechovka was built similarly as the Tugendhat Villa in Brno in 1928-1930.
It was from architects Adolf Loose and Karel Lhota that builder and businessman F. Müller had it built. For his most significant building in the Czech Republic, Loose applied the famous theory of Raumplan – the space is not broken down into individual floors, rather the rooms intersperse on different levels. Inside you can see the original furniture and home accessories, and there is also a small exhibition about the life of A. Loose with a look at his other famous buildings.
