We try to keep the historical continuity of how "our grandmother" and mother cooked. They went out into the backyard, then the garden, and everything they picked was fresh and seasonal. It was so common and natural, which is why we have a seasonal menu and for the more conservative guests, classics on a permanent a la carte menu. All these memories, traditions, our native Haná, the environment where we live, the experience gained over time and our enthusiasm, create a very clear orientation of our cuisine.
