Lázně Teplice v Čechách a.s.
The oldest spa in the Czech Republic and one of the oldest spas in Europe is located in the valley between the Central Bohemian Uplands and the ridges of the Ore Mountains. In the 18th and 19th century Teplice was regarded as „Little Paris“ and visited by emperors, artists, scientists, and other celebrities such as Beethoven, Wagner, Petr I. The Great, etc. Spa buildings are of historical importance, some of them date back to the 14th century, surrounded by parks, fountains, cafés, and other places of interest.

Thermal mineral spring

There are many thermal mineral springs in the world. However, few of them can match the healing potential of the water from the Teplice baths. Teplice Spa stands on the site of a spring of bicarbonate-sodium-type thermal water with an admixture of radon and a rich content of minerals and trace elements. The Pravřídlo spring currently reaches a temperature of 41° C. The composition of the spring prevents from osteoporosis, helps to recover after operations or injuries, delays changes in joints and strengthens physical condition.

Spa houses

Spa houses like Beethoven, Emperor Spa or Stone Spa provide services under one roof – accommodation, procedures, catering. Nicely decorated, preserved houses provide single, double, comfort rooms and suites. Modern medical equipment as well as 24/7 nurse service and indoor pools full of thermal mineral water are available. Thermal treatment based on the action of a thermal spring, professional rehabilitation and specialized therapies has shown extraordinary success in treatment.

THERMALIUM

It is a complex, part of the Beethoven Spa House, of large and warm swimming pools filled with the Pravřídlo thermal spring. THERMALIUM features the main thermal pool with massage and rehabilitation elements, a thermal swimming pool, a Kneipp path and a sauna world. It can be visited not only by accommodated guests, but also by the public.
