Come and dine at the Střelnice in Kadaň, housed in a building that remembers the days of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and its faded glory. At the Střelnice (meaning “shooting range”) no one has fired a shot in a very long time, and now it’s one of the best restaurants in Kadaň.
On the menu you’ll find the cook’s speciality – fish dishes – as well as Czech classics “like mum used to make”, such as roast pork ribs with apple and horseradish sauce, and old Bohemian duck served with red and white sauerkraut and various types of dumpling. The wine list offers a wide selection of Moravian wines and in summer you can dine beneath ancient trees in the front yard.
