The concept is based on a unique collaboration with premium gin Monkey 47, which is a base for six cocktails with original flavours. The elegance of the cocktails is elevated by tropical and unfamiliar ingredients, which you will not find anywhere else in the Czech Republic. The bar also attracts guests with its refined design interior and spacious garden with a roof and heating. The culinary repertoire also includes modern approaches to dining. The menu changes three times a day. The evening à la carte presents thoughtful, visually and tastefully appealing dishes that can be eaten without cutlery. The Monkey Bar team is a fan of social dining and sharing unique flavours.
