The city of Pavlovice is famous for apricots and wine. Every year summer here starts with the Apricot Fest, which includes a wine event called Wine in Orange and Night of Open Cellars. Winegrowers open their cellars in the late afternoon for testing their young and vintage wines. The evening is given over to a cymbal party, but winegrowers are open until midnight and the glowing climax for a pleasant day is a fireworks show.
