The vintage at Karlštejn is not just about trying wine and fermented wine, but it also offers a varied accompanying program. Enjoy a Gothic fashion show, learn historical dances and have fun watching the fire-swallowing show, fakirs, fencers and court magicians. The path to the castle is lined with stalls reminiscent of period shops. The highlight of the two-day event is a parade in stylized costumes, when the Holy Roman Emperor and Czech King Karel IV and his entourage set out from the Karlštejn vineyards and pass through the village on their way to the castle.
