Choose from a menu of Czech and international dishes; among the Czech specialities at the Galatea are beef broth with parsley dumplings, and of the various international specialities the most notable are the beef and chicken steaks and the traditional beef sirloin in cream sauce served with cranberries, whipped cream and bread-based dumplings.
