The serene environment of the Hostačov Chateau at the edge of the Vysočina (Highlands) offers a goodly amount of relaxation in luxuriously furnished chateau chambers. Catering not only for the accommodated guests but also other visitors, the chateau restaurant conjures up delicacies prepared mainly from selected seasonal local produce. Apart from his own inventions, the head chef draws inspiration also from traditional recipes.
Hostačov Chateau is located between the towns of Havlíčkův Brod and Kutná Hora and its cathedral, which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Not far from here lies the town of sweet-smelling gingerbread and thrilling horse races, the one and only Pardubice.
