Festival of open cellars is heading to Znojmo for young wines. Large, medium and small winemakers will open their cellars in villages on the border with the Austrian wine region of Weinviertel, and so will local wines. You can enjoy an accompanying programme.
Lovers of the atmosphere of the cellars can enjoy the unique cellar alleys and the maze of cellar corridors, scratched into the sandstone by generations of local winemakers. Over 30 open cellars, wine tastings at the hands of winemakers, a cultural programme and regional specialities will be waiting for visitors on the weekend of 21 and 22 October.
