The exhibition commemorates the 80th anniversary of the death of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, the first president of the Czechoslovak Republic, important statement, distinguished pedagogue and philosopher. The exhibition will introduces his personal life, his public life and his “life after life”. It shows Masaryk as a son, father, husband, a publicly active person and a man with a rich personal life.
The National Museum is going to present him not only as the „President-Liberator“ or the „Daddy“ but is also going to show what influenced him and what was his opinion on feminism or Russia.
