Titian at Prague Castle
The Italian painter Titian is one of the important personalities of the so-called Venetian school of the 16th century and one of the world's most prominent artists. The breadth of his thematic scope ranges from portraits, landscapes, as well as mythological and religious subjects. The exhibition at Prague Castle aims to present the development of Titian's artistic creation with an emphasis on his most celebrated genre – the portrait. The entire project is being conducted in cooperation with the association Art for public with the Italian organization Artelling under the leadership of Monika Burian Jourdan and Serena Baccaglini.
