The traveling music festival Castles CZ, which will stop at eight castles throughout the Czech Republic during the summer as part of the festivals of Czech Castles and Moravian Castles, is being held for the tenth time. Every year the program, which traditionally begins at Točník Castle not far from Prague, offers the best of the current Czech pop-rock music scene. The festival will gradually visit the castles of Švihov, Kunětická hora, Rožmberk nad Vltavou, Veveří, Hradec nad Moravicí and Bezděz. The program closes during the last holiday weekend with a concert at the castle Bouzov near Olomouc. Admission to the various castles is included in the price of the festival ticket.
