The wine village of Pavlov lies on the hillside of Pálava under the ruins of Dívče castles. Every year in late November, the Day of Open Cellars takes place here. Approximately fifteen cellars and the Village Wine Bar with selections from the local vintners association Vinitores Palaviensis are opened. Every cellar has several samples of wine for you to try, and you can look around the cellars themselves and learn about Pavlov winemakers. The price of admission includes unlimited consumption in all open cellars, coupons for purchasing wine, degustation glass, catalog of wines with a map, pen, and bag for your glass.
