Prague hides several enchanting gardens, and one of the most beautiful is Vrtbovská Garden in Malá Strana. There is an entrance fee to the garden, but it is well worth it. After a romantic stroll, which can also lead you to Petřín, continue to the nearby Kampa Park, home to more stunning hidden corners.

Our tip: Visit Museum Kampa, which features a modern art exhibition in the former Sovovy Mills building.

Havlíčkovy Sady, known as Grébovka, is a fantastic place for a walking excursion. This historic garden, inspired by Italian parks, features romantic paths, vineyards, and a unique artificial cave – a grotto. The park also offers stunning views of Prague.

Our tip: Taste local wines straight from a Prague vineyard at the Viniční Altán.

The Royal Route: An Unforgettable Walk Through Prague

If you want to see Prague in all its splendour, start at the Powder Tower and continue through Old Town Square, across Charles Bridge, and up to Prague Castle. Along the way, admire iconic landmarks, historic buildings, and the unique atmosphere of one of Europe’s most visited cities.

Our tip: Stop by Café Louvre, where Franz Kafka once sat.

Along the Vltava: Prague Within Reach of Nature

Beyond its historic routes, Prague also offers beautiful trails along the Vltava River, ideal for walking or cycling. Head from the city centre towards Troja Chateau and the renowned ZOO, or in the opposite direction to Vyšehrad. Both routes offer breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. Alternatively, take a boat cruise and let the city's beauty unfold from the water.

Our tip: Rent a pedal boat and enjoy a different perspective of Prague from the surface of the Vltava River.
