The top drivers from this country and abroad will pit their skills against one another in Czechia’s most famous rally. This year’s top stars are New Zealander Hayden Paddon, the 2011 Production World Rally Champion, and Efrén Llarena of Spain. He won the European Rally Championship 2022.
The race, which is part of the prestigious European Rally Championship, starts in the early hours of 16 August, and that very evening you can watch a special time trial racing through the streets of Zlín, the town made famous around the world by master shoemaker Tomáš Baťa.
The route, running for over 200 kilometres mostly along asphalt roads, leads through the picturesque Zlín region, famous for its vernacular architecture and folk traditions. Another tradition is the oldtimer Star Rally – Barum Rally Zlín Historic, which is hugely popular with fans.
