Michelin Guide Czechia 2025
For the first time, we are expanding our MICHELIN Guide selection to include top restaurants from all across Czechia, beyond just Prague. This exceptional collection will highlight not only the finest dining establishments but also showcase the country's other attractions, offering visitors and locals an opportunity to explore the rich heritage and culture of this beautiful nation. With this launch, Czechia becomes a new addition to The MICHELIN Guide, joining the ranks of prestigious culinary destinations throughout Europe.

The new MICHELIN Guide Czechia selection will be unveiled later this year, showcasing culinary treasures from all corners of the country. Our inspectors are exploring every part of Czechia—north to south, east to west, from the ski resorts to the wine regions, and from Prague to Ostrava, Brno, and Plzeň—to uncover the finest restaurants for both local and international food lovers to discover.

Czechia boasts a vibrant and diverse food scene that blends traditional Czech flavors with influences from neighboring countries and international trends. The country’s cuisine is renowned for its hearty dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients, such as wild game, fresh fish from rivers and lakes, and seasonal produce like vegetables and berries. These are complemented by world-famous Czech beers and excellent wines from innovative local producers. More and more chefs are combining classical techniques with modern approaches, ensuring the Czech food scene continues to evolve and excite.

Czech gastronomy is on the rise and has enormous potential to be ranked among the world’s leading culinary destinations. Czech regions offer a unique blend of traditional ingredients, modern techniques, and artisanal precision. This will not only bring us prestige but also tangible economic benefits, boosting the development of our gastronomic tourism.
