Every year members of the current international music scene of various genres, from classical music to jazz, crossover and old music to world music come to this Prague festival in autumn. The Prague Sounds seeks a broad perspective to convey the immense diversity of the music world to audiences, regardless of the well-traveled ruts of certain genre.
The festival was founded in 1996 as Strings of Autumn, and kept the name for 25 years before becoming Prague Sounds in 2022.
